
Before We Start
We start with a consultation so I can learn about your goals, training history, schedule, injuries or limitations, and what you want to accomplish. If you’re local, we can meet in person. If not, we can talk by phone or video call.
To schedule a consultation, either fill out my training application, or fill out my consultation form.
Movement Screening
Your online training program is built around your goals, your check-ins, and your movement screens. To complete your movement screen, you’ll record yourself performing a few movements on your phone and upload the videos through my training app.
Custom Programming
Each week’s workouts are designed to:
- fit your schedule, whether that means shorter, more frequent workouts or fewer, longer workouts
- match your current fitness level while still pushing you to improve
- work around injuries, limitations, or problem areas
- support your body-composition goals while helping you move and feel better
Exercise Demonstrations
Every exercise I assign includes clear written and video instructions inside my training app, so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it correctly.

Nutrition Planning
You’ll get nutrition guidance based on science, your goals, and your lifestyle, with adjustments for dietary preferences or restrictions so the plan is realistic and sustainable.
Progress Check Ins
Depending on the plan you choose, check-ins may vary in format and frequency, but the goal stays the same: to review progress, make adjustments, and keep you moving forward.
