
Your Consultation
Your consultation is where we talk through your goals, your training history, any injuries or limitations, and what you want to accomplish. We’ll also talk about what’s realistic, how I approach programming, and what the best next step looks like for you.
Movement Screen
We’ll go through a simple movement screen so I can assess where your body is currently at and explain where we should start and why. I go through this same screening process with my online training clients. If you plan to wear shoes, bring a clean pair that has never been worn outside. Socks are fine too.
Each In-Person Session
Each in-person session is built around your body, your goals, and your current fitness level. You’ll get personalized coaching, exercise instruction, accountability, and a plan designed to help you make progress safely and consistently without any guesswork. It’s not IF you will results it’s WHEN.
