Having to keep away from the gym during a quarantine is NOT fun OR good for your health and fitness goals! To help combat this and not having gym access I'm offering a FREE Quarantine 14 Day Fitness Challenge! This challenge will primarily be built around body weight exercise because that is what the masses will have at their disposal! The challenge is 100% FREE! All I'm asking for is if you're able to is to donate to an animal rescue named Ruff Start Rescue. Can you give some more details about the quarantine fitness challenge? What age group or fitness level is it for? How much time each day do I need to be able to commit? What should I expect? That sort of thing ...

The fitness challenge is going to be a straight forward challenge based primarily on body weight exercises and things you would have around your home. Which, for most people is little to none. I will be putting together the same challenge for everyone but offering suggestions on what to change if you have a limitation, that's not where your current fitness level is, or you have an injury. You're going to be able to reach out and ask questions if you have any :)

You'll be getting a download link in an email within about 24hrs. You'll be able to physically find my app in the app and google play stores in about 6 weeks but right now I'll need to send you an invite which you direct you to it as I start on-boarding people into my app.
